I bumped into UFC fighter Joe Lauzon on Friday night after the World Series of Fighting 3 Event at the Hard rock Hotel. Joe Lauzon is an American mixed martial artist from Brockton, Massachusetts. Lauzon made his debut in the UFC upsetting former UFC lightweight champion Jens Pulver at UFC 63 on September 23, 2006, winning via KO in 48 seconds! He was a contestant on The Ultimate Fighter 5.
Joe Lauzon was working the corner at WSOF 3 for his brother Dan Lauzon, who WON by decision. Below is a quick interview with Joe Lauzon in the hallway at the Hard Rock Hotel after the world Series of Fighting Event ended on Friday night, June 14, 2013.

Josh Burkman BEATS John Fitch in 41 Seconds With Guillotine Choke!
In the main event at World Series of Fighting 3 on Friday June 14, 2013 at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada Josh Burkman BEAT the favored John Fitch in 41 seconds of the first round!
Coming into the fight John Fitch was the favored to win. They met in the middle of the ring and a hard right hand by Burkman put Fitch to the mat. Burkman then went in for the guillotine choke and it was over! Fitch went limp and Burkman leaped to his feet in VICTORY! The crowd EXPLODED With a ROAR!!!
I think the crowd roared from shock at first, not believing that Fitch was out, then, realizing Josh Burkman, the under dog in this fight did it! He WON. He beat Fitch when even the sports book had him as the under dog! Way to go Josh Burkman.
Josh Burkman lost to Fitch the first time they met about 7 years ago by rear naked choke. This quick WIN on Friday night avenges his loss.
I personally would like to see a rematch! Time will tell.

Tuff-N-Uff Fight Results For May 26, 2013 at the South Point Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
As always Tuff-N-Uff features the “Future Stars of MMA” and this event really did bring it! What I also liked about this specific event was the BIG MMA stars and Champions that showed up to support their fighters. Randy” The Natural” Couture showed up to support a few of the fighters that train at his MMA Training Facility, “EXTREME Couture MMA“.
Wanderlei Silva offering his support for a few fighters too. Then I saw MMA Coaching Great, Greg Jackson step in the ring after a fight to shake hands to two fights after a grueling battle. They were all open to signing autographs and getting photos.
For Fighters just getting started or, are in the middle of transitions to PRO status, this is very inspiring. I could see the excitement in some of these fighters eyes to MEET THEIR MMA Hero! We all need a hero and on this night some of the greats were present.
